No surprises with the title of his post "Contract terms not adhered to" but hmuller1 also mentions a (dead Moneyweb) link with a query which reads: "There seems to be some issues with the CC's member accredibility. Refer to web page with Moneyweb on 1 MEMBER Mr. Hardus van Pletsen."
Anyone care to elaborate on what this is all about?
Warning, odds are you will regret giving your credit card to anyone representing this company: http://www.stockmarketcollege.co.za/ - some openly accuse Hardus van Pletsen and his team of fraud, theft or simply point out gross misconduct or unethical behaviour. Of course the choise is yours - just please read about the experiences of others before deciding to purchase their "education course".

Nice to see that other people have similar issues.
I have recently commenced legal action in this regard, and would like some insight into some areas - specifically since it appears as if some content at Hello Peter has been removed. I've found some information pertaining to complaints, but others - specifically in cases where you mention lawyers got involved - has been removed.
Unfortunately, your account does not provide anyway to get in contact with you.

Heh. Bit of reading is interesting.
The majority of links do not seem to work anymore, but I have included two links to specific items which might be of interest.

Not Stock Market College, but the tactics are exceptionally similar.

I met with a constultant (Gerhard Coetzee) for The Stockmarket College on the 1st July who explained the service and offered me a 6 month trial.
After trying their service for a month I decided to cancel (well within the 6 month trial period).
After requesting the cancellation I was told that there is no 6 month trial period and I am liable for the full fee.
I cannot find where Gerhard noted the 6 month trial and am now left with this contract I cannot cancel.
I Wish I had read this before signing....
I have paid about R13 500.00 for a basic course in stock market trading with Stock Market College and are being sued for another R5600.00. I stopped paying their monthly fee for the latest data downloads when I realised you get this data available to you live from your stock market broker in any case. They should call their course an Introductory Course in Stock Market Trading. At the end of the day I feel they are only after your money with zero customer satisfaction.
I was also scammed by the stock markets college in woodmead. Its a total reap off..if the government doesn't do anything to have it shut down people will drown in debt.
