What's with Hardus van Pletsen and CC's member accredibility?

No surprises with the title of his post "Contract terms not adhered to" but hmuller1 also mentions a (dead Moneyweb) link with a query which reads: "There seems to be some issues with the CC's member accredibility. Refer to web page with Moneyweb on 1 MEMBER Mr. Hardus van Pletsen."

Anyone care to elaborate on what this is all about?

Warning, odds are you will regret giving your credit card to anyone representing this company: http://www.stockmarketcollege.co.za/ - some openly accuse Hardus van Pletsen and his team of fraud, theft or simply point out gross misconduct or unethical behaviour. Of course the choise is yours - just please read about the experiences of others before deciding to purchase their "education course".

Fraudulent Debit - (Oh no, another one!)

"This company specializes in scamming and deceiving people." - can't say I disagree with these wonderfully chosen words in this brave post on Hello Peter from WKoeg.

Fraud!! - Or so this post reads

(WTF!) Stooping to new lows, Stockmarket College "consultant" badgers unsuspecting and unwitting buyer with offers to pay for course in exchange for laptop.

Credit card debited anyway . . . refusal to reverse the transaction . . . (anyone got de ja voux?).

The lawyers got involved with this one?

No matter how annoyed mitch82 may have been with Hardus and his Stockmarket College it's quite possible his Hello Peter post entitled "FRAUD & THEFT!" included some badly chosen public words.

Erm, okay, so the title sort of says it all.

That said, you don't need too much imagination to get the impression Hardus and his legal team got heavy on the threats and forced a full retraction a few days later.

The good news is that the original post is still there in all it's glory for everyone to see.

Pulling no punches, amaharaj simply entitles his post "Theft"

Another sad Hello Peter story which shows how Stockmarket College reps go about their "business". Empty promises . . . failure to point out contractual obligations . . . threats . . . yup - sounds like it's business as usual at our favourite educational institution.

Once you sign you can't get out (Hello Peter)

Seems like this poor dude feels like he was misled by a Stock Market College representative. Hey viper13 - don't feel alone.

There are a lot of us simply seething at the way these guys do business.

See viper's story at Hello Peter.

Do you have a horror story relating to the Stock Market College?

If you feel you have been swindled or dealt with unethically or in an underhand way by the Stockmarket College (http://www.stockmarketcollege.co.za/) - please add your comments to this post.

It may be too late for you to do anything about the contracts you have signed or the money you have lost - but please post your experiences so that others may know what kind of business Hardus van Pletsen is running.

I personally deeply regret having had any dealings with this company and don't want anyone else to make a bad "investment" decision. Add your horror stories . . .
